Many platforms e-learning and experiential platforms have propped up during covid, the options a bit overwhelming.
It was and presently a challenge keeping updated with the tech world amplified by AI tools which influenced the creative space.
Platforms like Trip Adviser & Airbnb were restrictive in their services to scale so it required exploring options for Yuki to penetrate the market and offer her services to her target market.
